Our founding philosophy is simple but powerful: to become a dependable partner in key industries such as construction, mining, retail, agriculture, and public procurement, while uplifting communities and building a legacy of purpose-driven growth.
Our leadership team brings a dynamic blend of vision, values, and real-world experience:
Mr. Thomas Sello Ledingwane, our Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), leads the company with passion and integrity. With his deep interest in economic empowerment and project leadership, he ensures that IronRoot delivers measurable value across all business ventures.
Rebotile Victoria Matjokotja, our Marketing and Communication Director, brings creative insight and strategic communication skills. With a background in advertising and integrated communication, she crafts our public image and strengthens our stakeholder relationships.
Motheo Duncan Mabelane, our Director of Tenders and Project Development, focuses on operational execution and opportunity identification. His energetic drive and interest in service excellence position him at the heart of our project delivery model.
